The discussions bring together evidence from school-based interventions, perspectives on using AI to support productivity and well-being, and reflections on education as a pathway to empowerment, inclusion, and belonging. Together, the talks examine how innovative approaches - technological, educational, and systemic - can support mental health, foster meaningful participation, and enhance human potential across the lifespan, while remaining attentive to emotional experience and well-being.
