About the event
The Emotions, Health and Wellbeing Seminar brings together researchers, educators, practitioners, and community leaders to explore how emotions and empathy can be felt, measured, and practised in real life. This 3rd edition focuses on bridging science, story, and shared reflection to create spaces where emotion and evidence come together in meaningful action. Throughout the day, participants will engage with interconnected sessions that blend research with lived experience, combining guided practice, dialogue, and roundtable discussions.
